The WORLD SUMMIT hosted by the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) is a premier global platform where leaders and experts from various fields, representing politics, economics, religion, society, culture, media, and the arts worldwide, gather to work towards realizing the ideal of a peaceful world to resolve inter-Korean conflict, international confrontation, and conflicts on the Korean Peninsula based on manifesting mutual prosperity, interdependence, and universally shared values.

 

Since the first WORLD SUMMIT in 2006, numerous world-class leaders have participated as speakers, including U.S. President Donald Trump, former European Commission President José Manuel Barroso, former Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, former Senegalese President Macky Sall, former Niger Prime Minister Brigi Rafini, former U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich, they shared the vision of peace.

 

This year's WORLD SUMMIT will once again bring together approximately 1,000 key leaders from all sectors of society worldwide, offering various expertise for peace on the Korean Peninsula and resolution of international conf licts, leading international cooperations as a representative global platform.
